Becoming a Loyalty VIP member is simple.

Membership is simple –subscription payment will be credited into your account at The Wellspring, which you can use toward absolutely any product, injectable, or service on our menu. Every dollar that you put into your Wellspring Loyalty account is yours to use!
If you come in for a treatment that is over your Wellspring Loyalty credit amount at the time, no worries! We will simply apply your banked amount and you pay the difference – and you’ll still get VIP pricing! If you come to The Wellspring for your Dysport/Botox, fillers and skin health needs, then you NEED to be a Wellspring Loyalty VIP!
Special Promotions may not be redeemed in addition to VIP pricing on the same treatment. 6-month minimum contract required—and Membership can be “frozen” up to 6 months. Member agrees to an initial six (6) month contract term and agrees to be billed on a monthly basis. Termination of membership contract can be requested at any time, but all cancellations prior to six (6) months will result in a $200 cancellation fee.
Inception of Membership will occur on the same day as the membership signup, once setup fee ($50), initial payment, and agreements are signed and submitted. Membership terms and VIP pricing are subject to change.
Members are subject to The Wellspring Medical Spa’s usual cancellation policy for any missed or cancelled appointments without at least 48-hour notice.
No refunds, credits, or cash given for “unused memberships”.
