There are no refunds on cosmetic treatments. All treatment series, packages, and gift certificates are non-refundable. Any product that has not been opened may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns can be made in person to The Wellspring medical Spa or shipped (at your expense) to The Wellspring Medical Spa, 735 N Galena Ave., Ste 110, Dixon, IL 61021 along with your printed receipt. Refunds will be applied to the original payment type. If you have experienced an adverse medical reaction within 14 days of your purchase, please contact The Wellspring Medical Spa. One of our medical professionals will consult with you to review the specific condition and suggest an alternative treatment plan. Refunds will be given in the form of an in-store credit in the amount of your original purchase.
